First impressions count. Start with your profile and header.
Is it clear and easy to read?
Does your imagery clearly show what you about and what you do?
- You can’t control everything
Understand from the start that it’s not always going to be easy and people will say what they feel. Be ready on your side for the worse case.
- Don’t start a conversation and walk away
Be ready to engage, listen and learn. Comment and acknowledge, even if when it’s hard to hear.
